eSkillz Games seeks talented and driven Unity Game 3D Artists to join our Gaming Studio Development team!
Artists at eSkillz work alongside our Development and Marketing Team to create high-quality 3D assets and visuals.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D content assets.
- Be a passionate force in developing the look and vibe of our games.
- Develop and improve art pipelines.
- Take part in implementing in-house and outsourced art assets.
- Communicate with all disciplines to resolve issues and improve game quality.
Requirements:
- Experience creating 2D and 3D assets for Unity game engine.
- An advanced portfolio of work demonstrating proficiency in 3D modelling.
- Keen eye for creating realistic textures and materials
- Solid understanding of the Unity and/or Unreal game engines.
- Experience with lighting and baking.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for games and game development.
Advantageous experience:
- Ability to create realistic characters.
- Familiarity with rigging and animation.
- Dressing 3D scenes with an eye for story and composition.
- Experience using lighting to create a mood.
- Experience with lighting and baking.
- Traditional art skills.
- Knowledge of performance profiling.

Unity Developer
Job Description:
eSkillz Games seeks talented and creative recent graduates in Unity Game Development.
You will learn how to implement game functionality, translating design ideas, concepts, and requirements into a functional and engaging game.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of entire features and components of the game lifecycle and lead the product design and code elements.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver large and complex features on time and to a high standard.
- Be part of the development process and contribute improvements and suggestions, driving the quality of the code throughout the entire production cycle.
- Partner with Art, Design and Production teams to ensure schedules and goals meet business and project needs.
- Bring meaningful contributions to our product and the entire team.
- Plan, design and implement high-quality game features as part of the wider studio team.
- Transform design specifications into functional game assets.
- Create and iterate on prototypes showcasing new designs and interaction patterns.
- Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games.
Requirements:
- Desire to learn.
- Good C# object-oriented programming and scripting language skills.
- Experience working with game assets (meshes, animations, materials etc)
Advantageous experience:
- Multiplayer experience.
- Experience working on Sports games.
- Experience with building and optimising for mobile.
